A UK and South African qualified lawyer with over 25 years of legal experience and holding a Master’s degree in Development Finance from the Stellenbosch Business School. My work is rooted in the intersection of law, finance, and sustainable development, advising businesses on legal, regulatory, and commercial matters across Africa and the Middle East.
Over the past fifteen years, I have supported investment in businesses operating in all sectors, including education, agriculture, health, transport, retail, energy and mining. My experience spans both private practice and in-house roles, with expertise in onshore and offshore structuring, fund design and establishment, cross-border transactions, and regulatory compliance across key African jurisdictions.
Based in Cape Town, I offer a strategic legal and advisory gateway into Africa.
